The Colony House accommodates one full-time Fellow, short term visiting artists/guest lecturers, and the Grant Wood Art Colony administrative office. The full-time Fellow's accommodations include a separate staircase entrance, bedroom, and private bath. Furnishings are provided. The kitchen, dining area, and living room is shared with the director. Laundry is provided.
