Grant Wood Painting Fellow Tameka Norris will spend winter break in residence with the Long Road Project in Jacksonville. Long Road Projects is an artist residency program and edition publishing house. Co-Founders and art professionals Aaron Levi Garvey and Stevie Covart Garvey founded LRP in 2015 as a way to establish a positive, creative and transformative presence in the city of Jacksonville. LRP aims to serve as an integral platform for artistic experimentation, community engagement and education. Tameka will be in residence from December 9, 2016, through January 11, 2017.
