Jim Hayes, Grant Wood Art Colony Board Chair, led a Hawkeye Lunch & Learn entitled, Grant Wood: Myth, Memories, and the Midwest, on APril 7 in Iowa City and April 12 in Des Moines. His lecture featured current activity of the Colony presented by Maura Pilcher, Grant Wood Art Colony Director. Both events reach neared record-breaking attendance.
